Marketing Liaison - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Responsibilities• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.• Verify phone numbers, email and residential addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Job Requirements• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.• Create relationships from a cold start.• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening• Self-motivated• Quote 4 new households per day.• Minimum of 100 outbound calls• Maintain monthly team and individual goalsCommission Requirements• 2 referrals per month• 5 google reviews per monthCompensation Hourly + commissionThis position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
