"Shon is literally the best agent I have dealt with in my entire life. I called her office and got an appointment on the same day. When we sat down, I explained current status to her and wanted to see if she could find me a better policy. Not only did she get me a better homeowners insurance quote, she bundled it with the car insurance and went over every detail of each policy and printed the quotes out for me to take home and look over. Shon was not only professional, she was personable, pleasant, and prompt with every little detail. I usually shop around a bit more to find competitive rates and I usually take more time with these types of decisions, but I went back to Shons office the very next day and she got me taken care in less than 30 min. I will be recommending Shon Henry to everyone that I know moving forward. She deserves to be the top agent in the state of Alabama. I can also say, she chose great people to work on her staff. The moment I walked in the receptionist made me feel like we were family. I will also be going back to Shon for life insurance and a few other products because they earned my trust."
